In 1993, on the heals of two other ripped-from-the-headlines TV movies (Bed of Lies and Love, Lies & Lullabies), Susan Dey starred in the ABC tearjerker Whose Child Is This? The War for Baby Jessica. Co-produced by her husband Bernard Sofronski's self-titled production company, the topical made-for-television film co-starred Michael Ontkean and also featured Amanda Plummer and David Keith.
