Over the years we've examined many Susan Dey magazine covers and it's always nice when a new one pops up. Here's a good one (circa 1992) when Susan Dey was promoting her new sitcom, Love & War.

Susan Dey talks about Emerald Point

Here is a brief but fantastic interview with Susan Dey about her role on the 1984 prime-time soap Emerald Point N.A.S. It was a great show that deserved, at the very least, a second season. Alas, the series was cancelled before it had time to properly develop, but while it was on it was a genuinely enjoyable piece of television history.

In this exchange with an editor of Movie Mirror, Susan Dey talks about the pressures of shooting a weekly soap and also discusses the development of Celia, her character on the show.

A while ago, we looked at a press tidbit concerning Susan Dey's 1988 wedding. Susan Dey was at the peak of her L.A. Law fame at the time and the tabloids really wanted pictures of her private ceremony. Here is an example of the type of headlines she received:

Susan Dey's anorexia

Susan Dey, beautiful actress and former model, had an eating disorder. Instead of hiding this fact, she has instead spoken out about her issues and hopefully has done her part in bringing this serious issue to light. Here is a scan from Woman's Day magazine in which Susan Dey discusses at length her anorexia, alcoholism and recovery. (Check out the conclusion to this article here)

Susan Dey was featured in the January 1991 issue of Orange Coast, a magazine which concerns itself Orange County, California. In addition to her photograph on the cover and two accompanying photographs, Susan Dey's career and future plans were discussed in a three and a half page article written by Erik Himmelsbach.
